Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study was approved by the Scientific and Ethics Committee (Comité Scientifique et d’Éthique) of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Université Général Lansana Conté de Sonfonia-Conakry (UGLC-SC/FSS), which convened in ordinary session on 20 March 2025 and issued a favourable opinion (reference N°11.2/UGLC-SC/FSS/2025, dated 24 March 2025). The protocol was also reviewed by the Department of Research of the National Institute of Public Health (INSP) of Kakoulimayah (reference N°001/DRS/INSP/2026). Written informed consent was obtained from all participants before participation.
