Ethics approval and consent to participate: Ethical approval was obtained from the Committee on Human Research, Publication, and Ethics (CHRPE) at the School of Medicine and Dentistry, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), with reference number (CHRPE/AP/003/22). Approval letters were acquired from all four study sites before the study began.
