: The current study (GeoHealthAccess) draws on existing survey data from the project EquitAble. Ethical clearance for Equitable was obtained from Health Research Ethics Committee, Stellenbosch University (South Africa), Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Health and Social Services (Namibia), the National Health Sciences Research Committee (Malawi), and the Norwegian Social Science Data Services.
