: Deidentified human term placental samples were obtained from a biorepository established and maintained by Labor and Delivery Unit at the Oregon Health and Science University Hospital approved under a protocol approved by the Institutional Review Board with informed consent from the patients. All rhesus monkey (<i>Macaque mulatta</i>) tissues were collected in compliance with the guidelines established by the Animal Welfare Act for housing and care of laboratory animals and conducted per the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC protocols #0514 and #0580) at the Oregon National Primate Research Center (ONPRC).
