: All procedures for handling of fish were according to the instructions of the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) of Temasek Life Sciences Laboratory, Singapore (Approval no. TLL (F)-16-003). Tissue collection from wild type animals was done by fin clipping. According to the laws of both Thailand and Cambodia this type of manipulation did not require a capture permit.
