: Study participants provided verbal informed consent for participation and audio-recording of IDIs and FGDs. For participants willing to participate but refusing to be recorded, interviews were conducted without recording. Participants were assigned a unique study identification number to ensure confidentiality and anonymity, with study documents stored under lock and key, accessible only to select study staff. The protocol was approved by the ethical committees of the National School of Public Health in Greece (ref: 3411/02.03.2017) and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (ref: 12033).
