: Ethical approval for the study, including comprehensive health-related analyses, was obtained from the University of Hong Kong, Hospital Authority Hong Kong West Cluster Joint Institutional Review Board (UW19-829). Informed written consent was obtained from the parents/guardians, or from the participant if 18 years or older, before participation in the Biobank clinical follow-up. No ethics approval was required for the analyses using summary statistics from GLGC and Biobank Japan.
