: All procedures conducted during the study are carried out in compliance with federal and institutional ethical standards. Ethics approval has been provided by the ethics committee of Berlin Medical Council (Ethik-Kommission der Aerztekammer Berlin), chaired by PD Dr. Hans-Herbert Fülle (Eth-42/18). The regulations of the Data Security Law applicable to Berlin, Germany, are also met.
