: Ethics approval was not required due to these activities being undertaken as part of the VCSF under the Victorian Cancer Plan 2020–2024. The Plan is under the auspices of the Improving Cancer Outcomes Act 2014 and is in accordance with all relevant privacy and confidentiality requirements. Participants provide consent when enrolled in the NCSR.
