: Ethical review and approval for the study in North-East Syria was granted by the Ministry of Health of the governorate Ar-Raqqa, the Humanitarian Organizations Affairs of Tabqa, and the Department of Development and Humanitarian Affairs of Atareb (reference number: MNTSYR012021).
