: Ethical approval for this study was granted by the University of Southampton Faculty of Medicine ethics committee (Ethics IDs- 65419.A1). The participants consented to participate either by email or over the video call. Any identifying details such as names of participating individuals and their affiliations are removed to ensure anonymity. The study adhered to the Declaration of Helsinki, Research Governance Framework for Health and Social Care, Data Protection Act 2018 and the Consolidated Criteria for Qualitative Research (COREQ) recommendations.(40)
