: For the clinical studies, two patients with coronary artery atherosclerosis were recruited, with a normal great saphenous vein serving as a negative control. Informed written consent was obtained from all participants. Sample collection adhered to the research ethics board approval from Bengbu Medical University (approval number 2025–510). In the animal studies, all mice were euthanized using carbon dioxide inhalation. These studies were approved by the Institutional Review Board of Bengbu Medical University (approval number 2025–176).
