Ethics approval and consent to participate: This study exclusively used publicly available summary-level data from previously approved genome-wide association studies, as well as individual-level data from the UK Biobank cohort. All contributing GWAS cohorts obtained informed consent from participants and received ethics approval from their respective institutional review boards. The UK Biobank study was approved by the North West Multi-centre Research Ethics Committee (MREC approval number: 11/NW/0382), and all participants provided written informed consent at recruitment.
