Ethics approval and consent to participate: The protocol of this study was reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee of the Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University (KY2025K005) and the Ethics Committee of Peking Union Medical College Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences & Peking Union Medical College (I-26PJ0483), and the study was conducted in strict accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. For the retrospective analysis of clinical data, the ethics committees approved a waiver of informed consent. For the collection of peripheral blood samples and subsequent cell culture experiments, written informed consent was obtained from all participating patients at the Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University.
