: This is a retrospective study involved client-owned animals. Informed written consent to perform a surgical procedure and to use data for clinical histories and radiographs in clinical research are routinely obtained for every patient at the Royal Veterinary College. Our consent form can be provided on request. Tibial Tuberosity Advancement is a well stablished, proven and routine technique to address cranial cruciate ligament disease in canine patients. This study was ethically approved by the Clinical Research Ethical Review Board (CRERB) of the Royal Veterinary College (approval number URN 2018 1790-2).
