: The use of a BalbC mouse for hybridoma clone development was performed by GenScript Laboratories. GenScript Laboratories received ethical procedure approval from OLAW’s Animal Welfare of the U. S. National Institutes of Health (NIH) under assurance number A5892–01. All chickens involved in this study were sent to FARVET laboratories for routine diagnostic analysis from local farms. Therefore, no ethical approval was required.
