: This study was performed in accordance with the recommendations in the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals of the Ministry of Health, China. The protocol of the current study was reviewed and approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of Nanjing Agricultural University (approval no. SYXK 2017–0007). Written informed consent to use 60 clinical samples, which were collected from the duck farms and live poultry markets, were obtained from the owner of the animals. All efforts were made to minimize animal suffering during sample collection.
