Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This is an observational study in which we collected disease and AMU related data from normal commercial farms. Before the onset of the study, all farmers were informed about aims and procedures of the study and were required to complete and sign consent form should they wish to join. This research has been carried out under the umbrella of the ViParc project (ExternalRef removed), and has been granted ethics approval by the Oxford Tropical Research Ethics Committee (OXTREC) (Ref. 5121/16).
