Ethics approval and consent to participate
: All applicable international, national, and/or institutional guidelines for the care and use of animals were followed. We obtained written informed consent to use the animals in our study from the owners of horses. Because, our study was not based on animal experiment and we only used naturally urine samples, Shahid Bahnoar University of Kerman ethical committee ruled that no formal ethics approval was required in this particular case.
