Ethics approval
: All procedures with client-owned dogs complied with institutional, national, and international guidelines and were performed according to the protocol #1961 approved by the University of Tennessee Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (UT IACUC). Written informed consents were obtained from the owners of the dogs at the time of enrollment in the study and all procedures were performed under a high standard (best practice) of veterinary care.
