: All the data collected in this study was part of routine diagnostics in a client-owned animal. Diagnostic samples are the property of the Athens Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory. The University of Georgia does not require Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee review or approval of studies using submitted diagnostic material so long as individual patients and owners remain anonymous and cannot be identified. In this case, the owner and submitting veterinarian also provided consent and contributed to this manuscript.

: Verbal and written informed consent was obtained from the patient’s owner for publication of this case report. The submitting veterinarian, one of the co-authors, provided the patient’s complete medical record and directly contributed to this manuscript.
