: No research was conducted to collect the data. This study used retrospective data stored by Guiding Eyes for the Blind as routine record keeping. All animal care and treatments were provided by licensed veterinarians or trained staff under supervision of licensed veterinarians following established best practice with the only goal of providing optimal care. Guiding Eyes Leadership Team approved release of the data for the purpose of analysis and publication.
