: Due to the retrospective study model, the ethics approval and written consents from owners were waived by the Chulalongkorn University Animal Care and Use Committee (CU-AICUC), Faculty of Veterinary Science, Chulalongkorn University. The owner consents were verbally obtained through the telephone calls.
