Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study was submitted and approved by the Research Ethics Board of the University of Guelph (REB # 18–07-039) in Ontario, Canada. As the study was performed at a Canadian institution, ethical approval was not sought from an institutional ethics committee in the USA. All participants gave informed consent by reading the consent form and selecting “Yes” to acknowledge having read the form and consenting to continue with the online questionnaire. The questionnaire could not be administered unless participants agreed to participate after reading the consent form as the first page of the survey.
