: The experimental protocol was approved by the National Institute of Ethics Committee at Sichuan Agricultural University [approval number SYXK (Sichuan) 2018-012]. The humane endpoints were a weight loss above 15 % of initial weight or animals in a state of prostration. Animals that reach one of these endpoints were euthanized by cervical dislocation after anaesthesia by isoflurane inhalation. All efforts were made to minimize suffering of animals.
