: To the best of the authors’ knowledge, this patient was clinically managed according to the contemporary standard of care for the treatment of GIST in dogs based on the literature currently available. All treatments were instigated by a licensed veterinarian. Informed owner consent was obtained prior to all diagnostic testing and treatments provided to the patient.
