: Animal ethics was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of Southwest Minzu University (approval number No.2021-MDLS-028). Informed consent was obtained from cat owners visiting to Veterinary Teaching Hospital of Southwest Minzu Univeristy. Sampling and handling for samples collection followed the criteria of animal welfare regulations. All of our methods were complied with the statement of the ARRIVE guidelines report and were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
