: The researchers acquired, handled, and transported live fish from a private hatchery farm and choose fish for potential use in the study. At the point they bought the fish from the private hatchery, there is no written consent required from the hatchery owner for employing them in the present investigation. Furthermore, this experiment was approved by the Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) of Cairo University and performed in accordance with the “Guidelines for Experimental Animals of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Cairo University, Egypt with the code: VET/CU/01122022592”.
