: We obtained informed consent from the Experimental Animal Center of Three Gorges University to use the animals in this study. In the experiments, we collected blood, spleen, intestinal lavage fluid, internal organs, liver and lung. All applicable international, national, and/or institutional guidelines for the care and use of animals were followed (People’s Republic of China Ministry of Health, document NO.55, 2001), and all procedures were approved by the Ethics Committee of Health Science Center, Yangtze University (202401002).
