: The study was reviewed by the institutional ethical council, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, South Valley University, Qena, Egypt (Approval number VM/SVU/23(2)-07). The study is applied following the ARRIVE guidelines. The collection of embryos and all experimental protocols were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations approved by the institutional ethical council. All national and institutional guidelines for animal care and use were been followed throughout this study. The embryos used in this study research were obtained from Japanese quail farm of South Valley University, Qena, Egypt.
