: The study was reviewed and approved by the Research Ethics Review Committee for Research Involving Human Research Participants, Group 1, Chulalongkorn University (Ref No. 197.2/2564; COA No. 190/2022). Local authorities and health offices collaborated and coordinated during the implementation of the study. Prior to the start of data collection, written informed consents were obtained. The participants were assured that their information would be kept confidential and that their identifications would be coded and not disclosed to individuals outside the study team.
