: This study was performed in accordance with established guidelines for the care and handling of laboratory animals, in compliance with the ARRIVE guidelines, and approved by the responsible animal welfare office of the Justus-Liebig-University, Giessen, Germany under file number 708_M. The statistical design was approved by the responsible animal welfare office as part as the experimental approval. Within this permission is also the permission for statistical sample size calculation. We obtained written information content to use the animals in our study from the owner of the animals. The farm was authorised by the responsible authority. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations
