: The researchers collected, purchased, handled, and delivered live healthy fish from a private hatchery farm and chose fishes for potential use in the study. In acquiring the said fish from the private hatchery, written consent from the owner of the hatchery was not required in utilizing them for the study. Besides, this experiment was approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) of Damanhhour University and carried under the “Guidelines for Experimental Animals of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Damanhhour University, Egypt with the code: DMU/VetMed-2024/019.
