: All experimental protocols were approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Ethical Committee of Cairo University (Vet CU 01122022623). All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. The mice utilized in this research were sourced from the Laboratory Animal Breeding Unit within the Department of Animal and Poultry Management and Behaviour at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Cairo University. Since these animals were obtained from a university breeding facility, no additional owner consent was required for their use in this study.
