: The animal procedures used in this study were reviewed and approved by the Academic Committee of Gansu Agricultural University, in accordance with the guidelines established by the Gansu Provincial Committee for the Care and Use of Biological Research Animals (Approval No. GSAU-Eth-AST-2021-021). Since all animals were commercially purchased from a licensed agricultural supplier (Defu Agricultural Co., Ltd., China), informed consent from individual owners was exempted as per institutional guidelines for commercially sourced livestock.
