: Ethical approval for the studies involving animals was waived by the Institutional Ethics and Animal Welfare Committee of the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague. No additional ethical approvals were required for the collection of samples. The research was conducted using non-invasive methods, based solely on the examination of faecal samples, without direct contact with the animals or causing any increased disturbance. As the samples were collected in publicly accessible areas and without interfering with the animals, no special permits or licenses were necessary. All fieldwork was carried out in accordance with local legislation and institutional guidelines.
