: Before the commencement of the study, the study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Makerere University School of Health Sciences Research and Ethics review board (MAKSHSREC-2020-74). All respondents were asked for their consent and had to sign a prior informed consent form after the objectives and possible consequences of the study had been explained to them. The prior informed consent (PIC) was written in the Luganda language. Permission to access Najjembe sub-county for this study was given by the local area administration.
