: Sampling of faeces was carried out in accordance with the valid Czech legislation, i.e. Act on Veterinary Care and Amendment of Certain Related Acts (Veterinary Act) No. 166/1999 Coll. The animals were not part of any experimental work, they were screened during routine veterinary care; only faecal samples were collected, which is a non-invasive method that does not require manipulation with animals.
