: All experimental procedures and animal care followed the guidelines established by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) of Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology (TUAT), Japan, for the use of animals in experimental studies (Ethical approval No. R02–73). Ten male Shiba goats (2–3 years old, weighing 35 ± 5 kg), belonging to TUAT, were used in this experiment. Neither invasive procedures nor euthanasia were applied, and all animals were returned to the university barns after completing the investigation.
