: The protocol was approved by the Committee on the Ethics of Animal Experiments of the Harbin Veterinary Research Institute (HVRI) of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS) and the Animal Ethics Committee of Heilongjiang Province, China (Permission number: 241119-04-GR). The use obtained informed consent from the owner to use the animals in this study and handling of experimental animals are carried out under conditions that comply with animal welfare standards to ensure that the animals’ suffering and discomfort are minimized. The breeding environment, conditions and experimental operations of the experimental animals all met the relevant ethical requirements, and the animals were treated humanely after the experiments.
