: This report describes a single client-owned cat examined and treated at Goldenfox Pet Clinic (Tehran, Iran) as part of routine clinical care. In accordance with institutional and national guidelines, formal ethical approval was not required for a retrospective description of standard clinical management. No experimental procedures were performed, and all care was undertaken in the best interests of the animal.
