: Ethical clearance was obtained from Animal Health Institute Scientific and ethics review committee (ARSERC/EC/011/22/12/2020). Verbal informed consent was secured from all animals’ owners. The care and use of animals were followed in respect of permission from the animal owners to take clinical samples from their animals. Then swab samples were collected very carefully and safely by minimizing harms associated with scientific procedures.
