: The experiment was carried out in compliance with the rules established by the local committee for the care of experimental animals. The mice were handled in strict accordance with the Ethics Committee for Experimental Animals of Xizang Agricultural and Animal Husbandry University (No. NY 202423). Animal husbandry and experimental procedures strictly adhered to the “3R” principles (Replacement, Reduction, Refinement) for laboratory animal use. All mice used in the study were purchased from Beijing Vital River Laboratory Animal Technology Co., Ltd. (Beijing, China). As no privately owned animals were involved, obtaining informed consent from animal owners was not required. The authors confirm that informed consent was obtained from all slaughterhouse and farm owners.
