: This study was approved by the University of British Columbia’s Behavioural Research Ethics Board (H22-02345). Interview participants had access to study information and a consent form prior to signing up for an interview. The consent form was reviewed before interviews and focus groups commenced. Verbal consent was obtained from each focus group and interview participant. Interview participants also received a copy of the consent form via email for their records.
