Ethics approval and consent to participate: Owner consent was obtained for cytological and histopathological examinations. This case report does not include experimental data, and all data collected in this study were obtained as part of the patient’s routine diagnostic evaluation and clinical management.

Consent for publication: This case report is that of a canine patient, and identification information such as patient name, was excluded. All images used in this study were generated during the diagnostic process. Informed consent was obtained from the dog owner for using their pet’s medical data for research purposes (case study).
