Ethics approval and consent to participate: Two adult male cats, owned by Lanzhou Aibokang Pet Hospital, were housed at the Lanzhou Institute of Husbandry and Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Informed consent was obtained from the owners for their use in this study. These two types of cats were used for both antigen inoculation and peripheral blood lymphocyte isolation in this study. The experiments and protocols for this study were approved by Gansu Agricultural University (Approval No. VMC2025007) and the Lanzhou Institute of Husbandry and Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, China (Approval No. 2025–72).
