: HPV Prevention and Control Board’s meeting are invitation only meeting. All participants accept the invitation and attend the meeting out of their free will. HPV Prevention and Control Board asks the participants to fill a ‘consent form’ agreeing that the videos and photos of the meetings can be published online. The speakers are also asked to fill a consent form to agree/disagree that their presentation can be published on the website, included in the meeting report or used for publishing.
