: HPV Prevention and Control Board meetings are invitation-only meetings. All participants accepted the invitation and attended the meeting out of their free will. The HPV Prevention and Control Board asked the participants to fill out a ‘consent form’, agreeing that the videos and photos of the meetings can be published online. The speakers are also asked to fill out a consent form to agree/disagree that their presentation can be published on the website, included in the meeting report or used for publication.

: AV University of Antwerp obtained unrestricted educational grants from GSK, Merck, Roche and Hologic; an investigator-initiated grant from Merck and speaker fees from Merck. MdP received personal fees for scientific advisory committee meetings from MSD and speaking fees from MSD and Roche. SKK received speaker’s fee and a research grant through her institution from Merck. ELF’s institution has received grants from Merck and Roche for investigator-initiated work. MSVDL received research support in kind from Stichting Pathologie Onderzoek en Ontwikkeling (SPOO) and participated in an Advisory Board meeting of Merck; payment was made to his institution.
