Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Written institutional informed consent (the University Hospital Brno, Czech Republic) was obtained from the parents of the patients before the procedure of any genetic analyses. The informed consent is in accordance with the general recommendations of the Society of Medical Genetics and Genomics (Czech Medical Society of JE Purkyne). The study and informed consent were approved by the Ethical Committee of the University Hospital Brno (reference number 01–110112).
