: The study was conducted according to the guidelines of general approval for use of surgically obtained tissue and approved by NHS Lothian NRS BioResource and the Public Health Office. The Lothian NRS BioResource is a HRA approved research tissue bank (REC Ref: 20/ES/0061, previously 15/ES/0094). This approval was given by East of Scotland Research Ethics Service REC 1.
